Michael Hardin is an interior designer, space planner, drafter and 3D modeler with a background in commercial drafting, space planning and graphic design as well as residential bath, master suite and kitchen design.

His education includes a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (CIDA accredited) from Bellevue College as well as ten plus years’ experience supporting Expedia’s escalated customer and supplier support networks handling complex relationships with suppliers, vendors and end user customers.

Through significant design and internship opportunities, he has earned a reputation for delivering results while utilizing a strong base of technical, organizational and process improvement skills.

Michael has a strong knowledge of design elements and principles as well as a sound personal practice of attention to detail. He has a focused desire and ability to quickly observe and assess operational design conditions and then to efficiently produce high quality space plans, documentation, visualizations and renderings with the goal of getting all stakeholders working from the same page.

Michael has solid interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work in vibrant, cross-functional and temporally demanding team environments.

His ability to learn new technologies and methods as well as his continued advancement in established design protocols is a testament to his thorough training and education as well as his desire for and commitment to ongoing education.

Additionally, he has an innovative capacity to solve problems and improve processes by evaluating available information, identifying trends and applying effective, compelling design management principles.
